About Us

     Our story begins with being part of a 4th generation family farm. Lyle was born into a family farm operation that continues to row crop and have livestock of there own. In 2005 he found his best friend Jackie, and LNJ Farms and Ranch was born. In 2006 they were married and continued on and branched out the family operation. Through the years we have acquired more land, livestock and children.

     We have three amazing children, Lyla (youngest), Nathan (middle), and Jasmine (oldest). All who are involved with the farm and ranch in one way or another. Whether it is putting crops in, baling hay, or working livestock, you can always find the kids working just as hard as us to keep the farm and ranch rolling.

     Thanks to our youngest daughter Lyla, we have taken on the passion of showing cattle. We have learn so much from our new found passion but continue learning everyday.  Showing cattle has opened our world up to many opportunities. And with opportunity comes great people. Through these great people we have found lifelong friends many of which have become a second family. We are so grateful to have these amazing people in our life. We can not thank them enough for all their help and support.

     As time passes we find that our farm still consists of crop farming, pigs, and barn yard animals. But we now focus on our passion for cattle. What started with commercial cows and a handful of show heifers has become something bigger. Our love for Angus and Hereford cattle has pushed us to have a bigger goal. A goal to create and offer registered cattle that provide maternal traits, longevity, and quality. With these goals in mind we strive for the future, hoping and praying for bigger and better things to come.
